This beautifully sculpted artwork is one of a series of pieces that I have created in my studio in Southwest England. My sculptures and artworks are inspired by spirals in nature such as a curled up frond of a fern, whirlpools or nautilus shells. The intricate wire sculptures are even more beautiful when light catches the surface of the wire. 'Spirals inside Spirals l' is created with enamelled copper wire and so it will not tarnish. I methodically wrap and weave fine copper wire strands around a hand formed wire structure to create a flowing piece of art. Due to the delicate nature of my artwork, it is recommended to keep out of reach of children and animals. All of my sculptures are unique, I never create two the same.
